12 hour and 10 hour shifts but they are never in a row.
Cons
Management is incompetent about basic lab functions. Schedule is constantly changing and never the same. Schedule is only out less than a week before the old schedule is over. Told I would be on days and put on nights and every weekend for over a month.

The lab manager is actually the operations manager and has never once been a bench tech. Completely incompetent in all ways necessary to actually manage/communicate with the "team" as they like to ALWAYS say. Your schedule will be trash, never the same twice, as will the communication from management (and honestly, don't expect too much more from your coworkers, either.)
