Pros
Management is Great!!!! Lots of recent new hires and travellers so workload is good.
Cons
Commute is challenging. Have to park in an employee garage that's then a 15 minute bus ride from the hospital. Add that to a non-rush hour ride from apartment of 7-min becoming up to 30 minutes rush hour drive, and you have a ridiculous commute time. Housing is expensive, anything under $2k/month is going to be disappointing. Walkout basement apartments = bugs, don't do it. Lots of Marijuana smoking neighbors polluting their neighbors apartments through 1980s duct work, smell unit in old condo complexes before signing a lease, or include an option to break the lease if this is a problem.
