1:6 usually. The Charge/House supervisor are helpful. Usually have the supplies necessary for job duties. Usually a welcoming and friendly environment.
Cons
May be assigned 1:8. Some nurses are not friendly, halfway approachable. Cerna is the program used at the facility. You’re not always in the Pyxis to obtain medication for your patients and may run into playing the waiting game.

Acuity was 4:1, Select bought them out and they push 5 : 1 which is very heavy because of they type of pts they take. They went from paper to a very old version of Epic which makes charting take twice as long. Select buying out Acuity was a shame. It used to be a great place to work. There were a lot of people who left because they felt their license was not safe.
