In the absence of the Administrator and/or designee, the Administrative Nursing Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-On-Call. When functioning in a Staff Educator role, collaborates inter-professionally to assess the training needs of hospital staff, then develops, implements, evaluates, and documents programs including General Orientation, Job Specific Orientation, and Continuing Education Programs for clinical staff, utilizing simulation-based assessment and education methodologies. 
Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required.
