Proceed with caution
Excellent pay scale for travel but the culture of the full time staff is one of we don’t like outsiders and will try and nit pick you even though they are at fault of the same minor infraction

Administration and DON generally communicated well with staff and were approachable regarding day-to-day concerns.
Cons
In my personal experience, some workplace conflicts and staff concerns did not always feel consistently addressed or investigated fairly. Communication between departments at times felt uneven, which occasionally created tension and misunderstandings within the work environment.
