None

Cons

Too many management positions that stay on the carpet and never help on the floor. Inappropriate patients being admitted. Dangerously staffed all the time; not sometimes ALL the time (management still does not come help). Treatment team DOES NOT include staff that work with patients; make terrible decisions. Pts poorly medicated. EVERYTHING done via ZOOM/Phone; only floor staff on the units period.
