Join Our Team in Worcester, MA!

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join our surgical services team in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our surgical operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure the proper sterilization and preparation of surgical instruments and supplies.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sterile processing department.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile supplies.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician.
Certified sterile processing technician with HSPA or CBSPD.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
Ability to work all 7 days as needed in a union facility.
Flu Vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
