Description
WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our dynamic team in Newton, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, providing essential imaging services to patients in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans as per physician orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain and operate CT scanning equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
- Maintain detailed records of procedures and patient information.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Current and valid CT Technologist license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
