Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures in accordance with department protocol.
• Work independently to execute interventional cases, CT Angiography, and advanced 3D reconstruction.
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Support and promote the mission and values of WCS Healthcare Partners.
• Acquire scans according to radiologist and department protocol.
• Inform patients of exams and provide instructions for cooperation.
• Assist radiologist during Interventional Procedures.
• Coordinate daily workload and prioritize emergency department patients.
• Review IV Contrast Questionnaire with patients receiving IV Contrast.
• Complete documentation in Epic EMR.
• Review exams in PACS for completeness before submission to the radiologist.
• Ensure the safety of all patients.
• Provide flexible coverage for the department, including on-call, holidays, and weekends.
• Complete mandatory learning, competencies, and CEUs as required.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Clean and stock supplies to maintain a professional workspace.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Scan experience required.
• Current ARRT certification required.
• ARRT CT Registry eligible preferred.
• NH Imaging License required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Knowledge of CT Scan software; Client and Siemens preferred.
• Knowledge of PACS software; McKesson Change Healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record; Epic preferred.
• Ability to identify anatomy, pathology, and contrast enhancement on cross-sectional imaging.
• Physical ability to lift/carry frequently up to 35 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
