Join our team at WCS Healthcare Partners in dynamic Labor & Delivery team in Boston, MA, a vibrant city known for its rich history and cultural diversity. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units.
Rotate shifts between days, evenings, and nights, with the expectation of working every other weekend.
Assist in circulating during procedures and provide care for newborns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the EPIC EMR system.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care.
Current Massachusetts RN License.
Certifications required: BLS, NRP, and EFM (every 2 years for L&D).
Preferred certification: AHA ACLS.
