WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced  Operating  Room Registered Nurse  for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in  Concord, MA. This role is ideal for an OR nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced surgical environment and is committed to delivering safe, high‑quality perioperative care.

Job Function:

• Shift: 40 hrs/ 4x10 7am-5:30pm.
• Document all patient care accurately, completely, and promptly in the facility EMR
• Prepare the  operating  room for procedures and  assist  with room turnover
• Assist  with patient positioning and ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Handle and label specimens according to policy
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection‑control standards
• Identify  and  initiate  corrective actions when necessary
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure efficient workflow

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current Massachusetts RN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a travel nursing role
