Description

• Years of experience Required: 2 years
• Works closely with families to support care planning and discharge needs
• Identifies barriers to care (financial, social, medical) and helps resolve them
• Ensures compliance with healthcare policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA)
• First-timers accepted: Yes as a SCREEN with Clinical’s approval
• Weekends Required: 2 weekends every 6 weeks
• Call not required
• Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes, based on need
• Locals accepted? Yes
• RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
• Charting: Epic

Compunnel Healthcare Job ID #3292410. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
