ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE 1 year Certified Home Care experience. 1 year Case Management Experience
As a Home Health RN, responsibilities not limited to assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and providing ongoing education and support to patients and their families. Patient care is delivered within organizational philosophy, policy and standards of community health practice. Also required to perform admission processes and case management responsibilities in accordance with MGB Home Care’s policies and standards of practice, utilizing thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications.
Education - Required
1. Associated degree in nursing
Certifications – Required
1. AHA BLS
2. OR RED CROSS

Licenses – Required
1. Registered Nurse State of MA
2. NURSYS

Experience - Required:
1. 2 years’ experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 2 year of experience in the field of specialty.

Compunnel Healthcare Job ID #ARN-54356. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
