Description
We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Oakland, CA. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active California COTA license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to implement treatment plans under OT supervision and document according to facility and payer requirements.
- Client requires candidates able to work a 5x8 schedule and provide consistent coverage for scheduled shifts.

- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work pattern: 5x8 (five 8-hour shifts per week).
- Assignment length: 15 weeks.
