Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active GA state license, compact-eligible status, or evidence of application for GA license required at time of submission.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with 1:1 patient treatment and common outpatient modalities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30 (5x8).
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 32 per week.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
