Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current, active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting preferred.
• Experience communicating treatment plans and progress to physicians, including orthopedic and hand surgeons, preferred.
• Ability to document evaluations and treatment plans in an electronic medical record preferred.
• Current professional liability insurance as required by facility or agency policies preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8, 08:00–17:00, Monday through Friday.
• Duration: 17 week assignment.
• Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses.
• Collaborative Expectations: Report patient progress to in-house physicians and specialty physicians as needed.
