What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Must have credentials evaluated by one of these: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF, or IEC where applicable.
• Current New York state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• New grad friendly. Must complete New York fingerprinting prior to start.
• Experience or willingness to provide school-based physical therapy and some outpatient services. Majority of hours will be school-based.
• Ability to live in Staten Island, NY or New Jersey commuter locations. Candidates residing in Brooklyn or Manhattan will not be suitable for this role.
• Flexibility for mentoring and collaborative work with school teams.
• Preferred: prior experience in school settings, IEP development, or outpatient pediatric care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services in a school-based setting primarily, with supplemental outpatient sessions as assigned.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, and document progress per district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, school teams, and other providers to support student goals.
• Participate in mentoring and professional development activities as needed.
