Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires experience with documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. This is a client-specific requirement.
• Client prefers prior experience with restorative nursing programs and care for medically complex elderly patients. This is preferred, not required.
