RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 13-week travel assignment starting ASAP
• 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested
• Blocked scheduling requests may be accommodated
• Patient ratios of 1:4-6 depending on acuity level
• Must be comfortable with both med-surg and step-down levels of care
• Most shifts will involve a mix of both care levels per nurse
• Occasional floating required to help in critical care with low acuity patients
• Work on a 21-bed unit
• 1+ year of nursing experience required
• 1 year of PCU/Stepdown and Med Surg experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• PALS required if assignment is extended
• Required to work 1 major holiday and one additional major holiday depending on season
• Scrub color requirement: any dark solid color
• Electronic medical record system: MedHost
• Auto offers only - no interviews required
