Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Work evening shift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 36 guaranteed hours per week in a 5x8 schedule
• 13-week assignment length
• On-call requirements as needed by facility, rotating 2-3 days per week including weekends
• Orientation occurs on day shift - must be available entire week for orientation
• 2+ years of MRI experience required
• ARRT registration required upon hire
• Must obtain advanced ARRT registry in MRI within 1 year of hire
• BLS certification required
• MRI Registry certification preferred
• GE 1.5 and 3T experience preferred
• Work with GE 1.5 and GE 3T equipment using Visage PACS system
• EMR system: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs (top, bottom, jacket)
• Perform specialized MRI procedures resulting in diagnostic images
• Provide essential patient care during procedures
• Apply principles of MR safety
• Work with all types of patients including vented patients and anesthesia cases
• Must have excellent communication and patient care skills
• Flu vaccination required November 1 - April 1
