RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Alternating weekend schedule required
• No call requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Strong Med Surg experience required
• BLS certification required
• EPIC and ACLS preferred
• Patient ratios of 1:4-6 on an 8-bed unit
• Float requirements to any inpatient unit as customary
• Work in Clinical Decision Unit coordinating, planning, directing, and implementing nursing process
• Process high volume of admissions
• Care for typical ER observation and admission patients
• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Required to wear black scrubs
• Must be a team player willing to help with pleasant and caring attitude towards patient outcomes
• Flu vaccination required for all travelers with client-approved exemptions only
