RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - CVICU

Job Details:

• Must have Utah RN license at the time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required, will consider 1 year strong experience
• Cardiac nursing experience required
• Patient ratios: 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity patients including IABP, CRRT, open hearts)
• Work with 24-bed ICU unit
• Scheduling requirements: Straight nights or 50/50 schedule
• 3 weekend shifts required within a 4-week period
• Float to PCU or serve as sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient areas
• Experience required with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills
• Typical procedures performed include rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, bronchoscopy, intubation, arterial line placement, and chest tube placement
• Documentation system: EPIC
• Required certification: ACLS
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
• Must be outgoing team player personality fit
