Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4/10 schedule from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Wednesday
• Primarily work in the Emergency Department with potential to float as needed
• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Must be able to start IVs
• Conduct studies with or without contrast media
• Maintain knowledge of CT system processing and surgical/sterile procedures
• Demonstrate proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy
• Work with three CT scanners: Philips 128 Ingenuity (ER scanner, primary for nights), Philips Brilliance 64, and Philips Big Bore 16
• Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school
• Required certifications: Arizona License, ARRT registration, CT registration, and BLS
• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under radiologist direction
• Immediate start required if possible
• 13-week assignment duration
