Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work flexible shift options of 10 or 12-hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with weekend call requirements
• 1:4 weekend schedule with one overnight trauma call from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• First scrub complex total joint revision cases using multiple vendor systems including Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, and Zimmer
• Operate with proficiency using the Mako robotic system and Hana table
• First assist on polytrauma orthopedic cases with minimal supervision
• Maintain high efficiency standards including 30-minute room turnovers and supporting 90% first case on-time start rate
• Collaborate with surgical team across five high-volume orthopedic operating rooms
• Work with Level 1 trauma patients and various specialties including General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, and Plastics
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with proven orthopedic surgery experience
• CNOR certification preferred
• Must be flexible, accountable, timely, and a team player
• Hospital-issued teal scrubs required
• Experience with equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot
• Epic EMR system used
• 1:1 patient ratio in 26-bed unit

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
