Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off
• No floating between departments
• No on-call responsibilities
• Block scheduling possible
• No 48-hour shifts or block requirements
• Perform CT and X-ray examinations in freestanding emergency radiology setting
• Work with Toshiba Aquillion 64 CT scanner and GE X-ray units and portables
• Required CT experience on Canon/Toshiba equipment
• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy required
• Must be ARRT certified and hold TMB RAD TECH license
• Minimum 2 years CT experience in acute care setting required
• BLS certification required
• EMR systems: MEDHOST EDIS/Change Healthcare PACS (McKesson)
• Dress code: Black scrubs preferred, solid colors allowed
• Must live greater than 50 miles from facility
