Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 36 hours per week with 36 guaranteed hours
• No call requirements
• Produce diagnostic CT scans and assist radiologist in CT scan procedures
• Float to other departments as needed up to competency level
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period
• Coordinate daily workflow for ER, in-patients, and outpatients
• Administer IV contrast materials under radiologist direction
• Provide patient care for neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform CT procedures according to departmental guidelines and policies
• Required licenses: American Registry of Radiological Technologists ARRT(R), ARRT(CT), State of Nevada license for Medical Radiography
• Required certifications: AHA BLS within 60 days upon hire
• Minimum two years clinical experience in radiology department required
• Experience in trauma required
• Travel experience required
• Must maintain current CPR certification and complete mandatory in-services
• Must demonstrate knowledge for age-appropriate care and safety standards
