Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Work night shifts in intensive care unit
• Straight nights or 50/50 scheduling available
• 24-bed ICU with 46 staff members
• Patient ratios: 1:2 standard (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity patients with IABP, CRRT, open hearts)
• 3 weekend shifts required within a 4-week period
• Documentation system: EPIC
• Floating policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient areas
• Must have 2 years of ICU experience (will consider 1 year strong experience)
• Required certification: ACLS
• Experience required with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills
• Typical procedures: rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, bronchoscopy, intubation, arterial line placement, chest tube placement
• Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs
• Ideal candidate: outgoing team player

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
