RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Acute Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work night shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 72 hours guaranteed bi-weekly (96 hours bi-weekly not available)
• 13-week assignment duration with immediate start
• Up to 48 hours of requested time off allowed for 13-week commitment
• Every other holiday requirement
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required between units
• Blocked scheduling available
• Indiana RN licensure required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required, PALS preferred
• 3 years of experience preferred
• Required skills include IV starts, nursing assessments, and telemetry monitoring
• Preferred skills include ICU drip experience
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Patient ratio 1:6 for acute care patients, 1:10 for swing bed patients
• Must live greater than 50 miles from facility
• Must provide required licenses, certifications, driver's license, and permanent address matching ID

This medical facility is a 40-licensed bed hospital that includes 10 swing beds, providing medical surgical acute care with telemetry, progressive care, and swing bed services. The facility operates a 20-bed medical surgical unit with an average daily census of 10 patients.
