Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work night shifts (4x10) with specifics to be discussed at interview
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours determined per interview/offer
• No call requirements
• 1+ years of experience required
• Must have experience with Siemens 128 slice scanner
• CT registry preferred
• Radiologic Technology Certification required
• ARRT certification required
• Work with Siemens 128 slice scanners and EPIC EMR system
• Black scrubs required
• Perform imaging procedures and assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Apply principles of radiation protection and ALARA guidelines
• Evaluate exams for technical quality and perform post-processing of images
• Position and immobilize patients as necessary
• Obtain clinical data and patient history for exam correlation
• Maintain IV skills and practice aseptic technique
• Assist physicians and nursing units with appropriate exam ordering
• Flu vaccination required November 1-April 1
• Open to 13-26 week contract
