Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech CVOR
Job Details:
• 48 hours guaranteed per week
• 6-week assignment duration
• Float between Aurora and Swedish locations (within 25 miles of facility)
• Day shift teams consist of 2 RNs and 1 CST Tech
• Night shift teams consist of 1 RN and 1 CST Tech
• 1:1 patient ratios
• On-call requirements with 30-minute response time
• No weekend requirements
• Work with GE/Stryker equipment
• Use Meditech/CPN EMR systems
• Perform CABG, AAA, TAVR and valve replacement procedures
• Minimum 1-year current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience required
• Must have BLS, DORA and NBSTA certifications in hand
• Must be proficient in Open Heart experience
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Prior travel experience in large trauma facilities preferred
• Cardiovascular experience preferred
• Must be flexible, confident team player with strong communication skills

This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive cardiovascular surgery program with a dedicated OR Heart Team supporting three campus locations. The facility features modern GE/Stryker equipment and maintains high-quality standards for cardiovascular procedures. The organization provides market support across multiple campuses and focuses on patient experience as a priority, with experienced staff of approximately 15 cardiovascular team members providing specialized cardiac surgical services.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
