Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week travel assignment starting ASAP
• 2+ years of CT technologist experience required plus at least 1 previous travel assignment completed successfully
• ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
• ARRT (CT) preferred but not required
• Cerner and/or Change Healthcare PACS experience preferred but not required
• Must be graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with ARRT
• Must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer
• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Responsible for basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Provide services to inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room patients
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media and cross sectional anatomy required
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Maintain high quality of images produced
• Ensure availability and sterility of equipment and supplies
• Hunter green scrubs required
• No call required
• No floating required
