Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 10-11 call shifts per month with Monday-Friday call from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend requirements include Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM shifts
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cath Lab required
• Must be Certified Radiologic Technologist with ARRT (R) verification
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• West Virginia license required
• Scrubs provided - Rad Techs wear burgundy
• Work as part of 3-person team (2 RNs and 1 tech) in scrub/monitor role
• Handle interventional cath lab procedures including PCI, Impella, Shockwave, IVUS, peripherals, and devices
• Provide coverage for hybrid OR
• Handle all cardiac adult cases including peripheral, cardiac cath PCI, and devices
• Work with ICD and pacers (no EP or ablations)
• Average 4-5 cases per day (ranging from 2-9 cases)
• May float to Non-Invasive CV at times to start IVs
• Experience with IABP and IVUS required
• 2-shift orientation with preceptor plus buddy call experience
• Use Epic charting system and Phillips telemetry equipment
• Work with Cupid EPIC system and Xper dynamics system

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
