Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Scheduled 5 days per week
• On-call requirements: 1 night per week, every 5th or 6th weekend (Saturday/Sunday), and rotating holidays
• Must be well-versed in all surgical procedures as facility does not have specialized teams for each service line
• Work with adult, geriatric, pediatric, and obstetric patients
• Handle neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic, gynecology, general surgery, and DaVinci robotics cases
• Float to pre/post-op, PACU if trained, or ER for trauma cases as needed
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must pass open-book exam during orientation with 90% score to continue
• One week of OR-specific orientation provided
• Driver's license required for submission
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility
• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove leads to contract termination
• Use EPIC electronic medical records system
• Work with 7 operating rooms and 2 endoscopy suites
• Scrubs provided by facility
