Opportunity:
RN - Tele
Job Details:
• Work day shifts with every other weekend requirement
• First to float designation when needed
• Blend of charge nurse, clinical mentor, and manager responsibilities
• Provide on-shift leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care
• Round on patients and address service or safety concerns
• Serve as a resource for both clinical and interpersonal issues
• Take charge nurse assignments as needed based on census and staffing levels
• Support staff and promote a positive work environment
• 3 weeks of orientation: 1 week classroom followed by 2 weeks unit orientation
• Must have been charge RN in last assignment
• No first-time travelers accepted
• Manager interviews required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA or APEX
• Charting system: Cerner
• BSN not required
• Acute care setting
• Cancellation policy allows up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
