Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Work night shifts with every other weekend schedule
• First to float when needed
• Blend of charge nurse, clinical mentor, and manager responsibilities
• Provide on-shift leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care
• Round on patients and address service or safety concerns
• Serve as a resource for clinical and interpersonal issues
• Take charge nurse assignments as needed based on census and staffing levels
• Support staff and promote a positive work environment
• 3 weeks of orientation: first week classroom, following 2 weeks unit orientation
• Manager interviews required
• No first-time travelers accepted
• Must have been charge RN in last assignment
• Overtime pay after 8 hours per day
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA or APEX
• Work with Cerner charting system
• BSN not required
• Acute care setting
