Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with call responsibilities
• On-call requirements: 1-2 weeknight calls per week (3:30 PM to 7:00 AM) and every third weekend (Friday to Monday morning, 24-hour coverage)
• Holiday call requirements every other holiday
• 20-minute response time for call situations
• Work in 3 cardiac catheterization labs performing approximately 4 cases per day
• Handle emergent revascularization, left and right heart catheterizations, peripheral diagnostic/interventional procedures, cardioversions, TEE, device implantations, pericardiocentesis, and temporary pacemaker insertions
• Primary responsibilities include scrubbing in and/or panning, IV starts
• Work with advanced equipment including IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, and 4 port manifold systems
• Use EPIC charting system and Philips Xper hemodynamic systems
• Required certifications: BLS, RCIS or ARRT (ARRT must be registered with NDMIRT)
• ARRT credentialed technologists must hold active ND Rad Tech License and may be responsible for panning/activating fluoroscopy
• RCIS credentialed technologists will not be responsible for panning/activating fluoroscopy and do not need ND License
• Radiation badge must be supplied and available prior to start date
• Floating to Heart and Vascular Pre/Post departments as needed
• One week orientation including classroom and lab training
• Scrubs provided by facility

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
