Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts per week totaling 36 hours
• Work every other weekend as part of rotation
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience beneficial but not required
• Unit includes 24 MS/tele beds with basic monitoring for pacemakers and potassium levels
• May float to other Med Surg units within scope of practice
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS (ACLS and NIHSS can be obtained during placement process if needed)
• Charting system: MEDITECH (experience highly preferred)
• Medication system: McKesson
• Scrub color requirement: Royal blue (not provided by facility)
• Hospital may call off 1 shift for every 4 weeks worked (rarely used)
• 13-week assignment starting February 24th
• Must secure own housing as affordable housing options are limited in the area
