Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotation schedule: one week Thursday-Sunday, next week Friday-Sunday
• Every other holiday requirement
• Variable weekend requirements depending on weekday or weekend schedule
• 3-12 hour shifts of department-specific orientation provided
• Cover X-ray after hours from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM unless high volume of CTs
• Perform imaging for adults and pediatrics including strokes, STEMI, trauma, abdominal pain, head injury, kidney stones, and CTA
• Handle high volume of outpatient CTs scheduled Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Work with Philips 128 slice primary scanner, Philips 16 slice backup scanner, and Bracco injectors
• Utilize PACS and Centralized Response Team Inquire System (CRTIS)
• Chart in MEDITECH system
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT)
• Radiation badge required
• Fast-paced department with excellent teamwork environment
• No staff radiologist on-site
• One CT room facility
