Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work night shift from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Cross-train and work in both CT and X-ray departments during same shift
• Perform approximately 30 scans per shift
• Work with only 2 staff members on overnight shift, collaborating on CT scans when able
• Handle code strokes, head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine imaging, and 3D reconstruction
• Some pediatric cases through ER and urgent care
• Required to start IVs
• Must be comfortable using Volt phone for provider communication
• Weekend and holiday requirements apply
• Back-up call rotation with core staff, 30-minute response time required
• Standard OR blue scrubs provided
• Minimum 2-shift orientation on day shift
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), ARRT certification for both CT and X-ray
• 5 years of experience preferred, no first-time travelers accepted
• Must have experience with Epic, IV starts, and Code Stroke/CVA patients
• Siemens equipment experience preferred
• Work with McKesson PACS and Epic charting systems

This urgent care facility operates a comprehensive imaging department with advanced diagnostic capabilities. The facility features 3 X-ray units, 1 CT scanner, and modern Siemens equipment for both CT and X-ray imaging. The department serves both urgent care and emergency room patients, providing essential imaging services including stroke protocols and trauma cases. The facility maintains a collaborative work environment with experienced staff and offers remote radiology services with on-site physician assistant coverage during selected days.
