Opportunity:
Rad Tech - Cath Lab/IR Tech
Job Details:
• Work 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 36-hour guaranteed hours
• Call coverage required after shift ends around 5:00 PM with 30-minute response time
• Evening call required 1-2 times per week
• Weekend call required two weekends per month (6:30 AM to 6:30 AM - 24-hour call)
• Work in 3-suite Cath Lab and IR unit handling 8-10 cases per day on average
• Perform left and right heart catheterizations (interventional and diagnostic), EP studies, pacers, and defibrillators
• Handle IR procedures including PICC line placements, central lines, swans, and pleurovacs
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience with cath lab experience required
• IR experience ideally preferred, prior travel experience preferred
• Scrub experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R), Fluoroscopy
• One shift floor-specific orientation provided
• Work with Meditech EMR system and GE MacLab telemetry equipment
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Holiday coverage required: one major and one minor holiday
• No floating required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
