Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work night shifts 4/10s - Monday through Thursday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Assigned shifts and schedule posted at least 2 weeks in advance
• Weekend requirements vary depending on position needs - some shifts every weekend, others every other weekend
• Holiday work required if scheduled day falls on a holiday
• Optional call with 45-minute response time
• Perform all routine CT exams for inpatient/outpatient and emergency department patients
• Conduct cardiac CT, biopsy/drain procedures, and cryo/microwave ablations
• Must be able to perform all routine CT exams as well as trauma cases
• Occasionally float to X-ray department for ED/inpatient/outpatient X-ray coverage
• Average 65-70 scans per day across 3 scanners during 24-hour period
• IV skills very helpful for working with outpatients
• Work with 1 GE REV CT scanner and 2 GE REV HD scanners
• Use EPIC EMR system and SECTRA PACS system with Windows computer software
• Must have current BLS certification
• ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification required
• Radiation badge required prior to starting assignment
• Three-day department orientation provided
• Professional appearance scrubs required (any color acceptable)
• Phone interview with unit manager required
