Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend days with variable weekend requirements
• Every other holiday requirement
• Will cover x-ray after hours from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM unless there is high volume of CTs
• 3 shifts of unit/department specific orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT (R) with CME requirements met for CT or ARRT (CT)
• Radiation badge required
• No clinical involvement
• Perform imaging for adults and pediatrics including strokes, STEMI, trauma, abdominal pain, head injury, kidney stone, and CTA
• High volume of outpatient CTs scheduled Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Operate Philips 128 slice primary scanner, Philips 16 slice backup scanner, and Bracco injectors
• Work with one CT room in department
• Utilize PACS and Centralized Response Team Inquire System (CRTIS)
• Use MEDITECH charting system
• Team scheduling environment with fast-paced department and excellent teamwork

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
