Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work night shifts with 7 on/7 off schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30 PM to 7:30 AM
• Perform CT scans averaging 10-15 studies per shift
• Work primarily alone during night shift hours from 3:30 AM to 6:00 AM
• Cover entire hospital including emergency room and outpatients (no IR procedures)
• Common imaging studies include CVA, basic chest/abdomen/pelvis, trauma cases, cardiac studies, pediatrics, and special needs patients
• Operate 3 CT scanners (typically use 2) - Siemens primary equipment with Toshiba backup
• Must have minimum 1 CT travel assignment experience
• Prefer candidates able to start IVs
• Work with EPIC charting system and McKesson/Change Healthcare PACS
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT) and BLS Certification
• Up to 3 shifts of department-specific orientation provided
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
• Weekend shifts may be 12 hours depending on contract needs
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius of facility
Facility:
This medical center features a comprehensive radiology department with advanced CT imaging capabilities and modern equipment. The facility operates as a Level 3 trauma center providing acute care services to the community. The department maintains three CT scanners and utilizes current technology including EPIC electronic medical records and advanced PACS systems. The facility provides 24/7 imaging services with radiologist coverage during day hours and teleradiology support during overnight shifts.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
