RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts in stepdown unit
• EPIC charting system experience required
• New York licensure, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• Pass/fail testing administered at 7:00 AM on first day of orientation
• VAD experience required, specifically with HeartMate 3
• Cardiothoracic experience required
• CABG (coronary artery bypass graft) experience required
• Transplant experience with heart and lungs required
• Coronary bypass experience required
• TAVR (transcatheter aortic valve replacement) experience required
• Acute care setting
• No call off policy with 14 days written cancellation notice required
• BSN degree not required
