RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Must live more than 75 miles from facility (strict radius rule enforced)
• Work in step-down unit serving as bridge between PCU and ICU
• Care for vented patients and manage critical drips
• Maintain 3:1 patient ratio
• Demonstrate proficiency in medication management
• Work in acute care setting
• Use MEDITECH charting system
• Subject to 12-hour cancellation policy every 2 weeks
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS
• Valid nursing license required for submission
• BSN degree not required
