Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with call responsibilities
• Take call 1-2 weeknights per week from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend call every third weekend from Friday to Monday morning (24-hour call)
• Holiday call every other holiday
• 20-minute response time required for call
• Work in 3 cardiac catheterization labs performing approximately 4 cases per day
• Handle emergent revascularization, LHC, RHC, ATK peripheral diagnostic/interventional procedures, cardioversion, TEE, devices, pericardiocentesis, and temporary pacemaker cases
• Perform scrubbing and/or panning duties, IV starts
• Experience with IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, and 4 port manifold equipment
• Float to Heart and Vascular Pre/Post units as needed for helping hands
• Required certifications: BLS, RCIS or ARRT (ARRT must be registered with NDMIRT)
• ARRT credentialed clinicians require active ND Rad Tech License
• Radiation badge must be supplied and in hand prior to start
• One week orientation including classroom and lab training
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Use EPIC charting system and Philips Xper equipment
• Work with Siemens C-Arm and various specialized cardiac equipment

The facility maintains a Level 2 trauma designation and features 24/7 intensivist physician coverage. The cardiac program offers a full range of diagnostic and interventional procedures using advanced equipment including Philips Xper systems, Siemens C-Arm technology, and specialized devices for complex cardiac interventions.

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
