Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultra Sono Radiol

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Follow 3-2-2 schedule with alternating weekends
• No call requirements
• Perform approximately 35 scans per day in a 24-hour period
• Must have OB and arterial extremity doppler experience
• Required certifications: ARDMS, BLS Certification, Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) via ARDMS
• WV license and WV CARES required prior to start
• Must reside within 50-mile radius and provide copy of unexpired driver's license
• Perform general ultrasound, OB, small parts, and vascular ultrasound (upper & lower venous & arterial)
• Must be able to start IVs
• Work with Siemens S2000 equipment in department with 3 ultrasound rooms
• Use EMR-Community Works and PACS-Intellirad/Intelliconnect systems
• Chart in EPIC system
• Must be able to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
• 5-shift orientation with preceptor provided
• May wear any color scrubs as long as clean and professional
• May be asked to participate in holiday rotation
• First-time travelers accepted
• BSN not required
