Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts Friday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• Holiday requirements include 1 major and 1 minor holiday
• On-call responsibilities with 30-minute response time requirement
• May be floated to downtown location approximately 6.5 miles away
• First to float when coverage is needed
• Perform various CT imaging studies including brain, abdomen, pelvis, spine, biopsies, drainage, extremities, angiography, and cryoablation procedures
• Average of 65 scans/studies performed per day
• Work with Canon 16 slice and 64 slice CT equipment
• Use Radnet & Merge Unity PACS systems and Cerner charting system
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT, California CTI certification
• Teal scrubs required for dress code
• IV starts handled by IR nurse when needed
• Manager interviews required
• Cancellation policy allows up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
