Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work mixed 9, 10, and 12 hour shifts with varying start times based on cyclic scheduling
• Specific schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekend requirements: Every 4th weekend for day shift, every other weekend for overnight shifts
• Holiday requirements: 2 holidays per year
• Weekend call once every 6 weeks and weeknight call 3-4 nights per month when fully staffed
• May float to X-ray if working overnights and MRI if working day shifts
• Operate 3 CT rooms with Siemens CT scanners
• Perform imaging for adults, geriatrics, and some pediatrics through the ER
• Conduct CT biopsies, drains, aspirations, cryoablations, cervical injections, and stroke angio studies
• Handle CTA coronary procedures with 3rd party processing
• Use EPIC EMR system and McKesson PACS software
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT) and BLS
• Must have CT/X-ray experience for night shift; X-ray and MRI experience preferred for day shift
• Artificial nails are prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination
• Must live outside 50-mile radius and cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit facilities
• Approximately 3 days of unit-specific orientation provided
• Fast-paced environment requiring excellent patient care skills, self-motivation, and adaptability
