Opportunity:

RN - ICU Float Pool

Job Details:

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under physician direction
• Use nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, professional peers, and healthcare team members
• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to nursing practice standards
• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures
• Float to Women and Families Hospital as required
• Individualize patient care for assigned patients
• Work in ICU float pool capacity across multiple units
• 1 year experience in clinical specialty area preferred
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area
